1What is the process? How can I send my documents to ZEALingua?

First, we need to receive a copy of the document to be translated. Submit a request for a free quote through our website, attaching your document(s) and detailing your inquiry. You can also email your document(s) to info@ZEALingua.com . We then review your document and email you a quote. Once you approve the quote, we proceed with the translation. 

2Can I mail or drop off my documents in your office?

We do not accept documents either in person or via mail. An original copy of your document is not required either. We only accept digital files uploaded through our website or submitted by email.

3What is included in my quote?

Your free quote will outline the price and estimated turnaround time for your project. We will begin working on your project upon your approval of the quote.

4How do I pay for the translation or interpretation?

All fees outlined in your quote are due in full before we proceed with your project. You will be able to pay online through the quote by either credit card or PayPal. The process is very easy. 

5Do you provide certified translations?

Yes, we do. These are translations of official documents required by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), courts, universities, banks, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies. Examples include birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce papers, court transcripts, police records, bank statements, diplomas, and transcripts. All certified translations are literal, which means they are word-for-word translations of the source documents submitted to us.

Our certified translations include a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which states that the translation was completed by a professional translation agency and is accurate to the best of our abilities. We certify translations free of charge.

6Do you provide notarization?

We offer notarization upon request for certified translations. To notarize a certified translation, a notary public authenticates the signer of the Certificate of Translation Accuracy with signature and a notary seal. A notarization is valid in all 50 US states. Note that not all certified translations require notarization. Please verify with the agency requesting your document whether a certified or notarized translation is needed.

7What is a standard translation?

Standard translations are interpretive rather than word-for-word translations and do not require certification. These include manuals, marketing materials, articles, newsletters, business or personal communications, financial statements, literary works, and other documents.

8How will you deliver my translation?

We email your standard translation as both an editable Word document (docx.) and a non-editable PDF file and your certified translation as a non-editable PDF file (you can print out the certified translations and use for various purposes including the USCIS). We ship notarized translations via USPS Priority mail with tracking.

9How long will it take for my documents to be translated?

Each project is unique. The time required to translate your document will depend on its size, complexity, subject matter, and language pair. We will specify the turnaround time in your quote after reviewing your document.

10Do you offer expedited turnaround?

Yes, we do. Expedited translation turnaround reduces the standard turnaround time by about 50 percent. This entails working extended hours to ensure a quick turnaround. Additional charges will apply accordingly.

11Can you provide apostille for my notarized translation?

We do not provide apostille services. You can obtain apostille from the California Secretary of State’s office. 

12What should I expect after I submit my interpretation request?


We will review your interpretation request and email you a quote. Be sure to be as detailed about your interpretation event as possible. Include the type of interpretation service requested, date, time, venue (if applicable), length of the event, industry, and language combination(s).
